The proof of purchase must show the date of purchase as well as the name of the retailer. If you purchase the product via a retailer that also offers a marketplace, such as Amazon or Walmart, the proof of purchase must also specify who the order was sold & shipped by, as these retailers allow third party sellers not affiliated with Haleon.
